Sometimes we find ourselves unsure of the next step. Other times we know exactly what we want; We can sense it, feel it, and for the visual thinkers out there, watch it like a film. When we don't know where to turn, we may ask for guidance and clarity, a nudge in any certain direction, past the fog. Most of the time we call in what we need to still work out, sometimes unaware we are calling in devastation to break through to the joy that is waiting for us. This is why I find centering and clearing to be done before we start calling in these desires.
The Heart's intention can be used for these intentions. Each heart is created with 10 spaces to lay your intentions. After feeling into your being and centering yourself, write out your desire. Speak this scribbling out loud, and sit with the desire as if you are experiencing it at that very moment. What does this feel like in your heart? In your body? What does this look like visually? How do you sense yourself in that new scene? Roll up the piece of paper and place it within the heart. This piece will sit and stay with your energy. Feel free to return to the heart and recall these manifestations. Once the heat is full you can remove these papers, burn them away, or push them into the heart.
I do believe we don't need anything to be spiritual or connected other than our heart, mind, and soul. However, having tools for ritual work often helps with consistency of staying mindful of our beneficial practices.
