Clearing Your Sacred Space

Take a moment to clear your space. 

  Imagine the difference between the first warm day of spring with the windows pealed open, and your space after a heated argument. You can feel the difference in just reading these words. How to clear your space and self:

1. Before you begin, open a window or door
2. Place the herb bundle on your tray and light the end with a flame
3. Gently blow out the flame, letting the juniper continue to smolder
4. Imagine the energy lifting, requesting darker energy to move on and out
5. Clear in a sweeping motion - door ways, windows, waterways, under mattress and where you frequently spend your time
   
6. Be sure to clear behind doors, corners, and stagnant collecting areas
7. Leave your tray with the bundle to burn out in a place with no cross breeze
